Picture of me during the cyclocross race:

Bwahahahaha! Don't I look geeky? And I've already been talking to Don Bill about what it would take to convert my Peugeot from road to cyclocross. Oh yeah, I can see the addiction value of this sport.
So, I survived the cyclocross race just fine, but this morning while reaching up to get a sock off a shelf in my closet, I felt my lower back go twinge and now I can barely walk. Oh, the agony!
I find it hilarious that I can race flat out for 34 minutes and feel fine later, but simply pulling a sock off a shelf does me in. There is not enough ibuprofen in this world right now for the pain. I can walk, but very gingerly and my posture would make Mr Muecke's Junior Cotillion very proud.
