The middle shelf of my fridge makes me very, very happy. And I swear that this is NOT a paid endorsement, although if Brown Cow wanted to send me some coupons or a fridge magnet or a sticker, I sure wouldn't mind. *g*
I feel so much cheerier since I quit listening to the news in the car and put John Hiatt's Slow Turning in the CD player. Four days in a row of "Tennessee Plates" and "Drive South" blasting just lightens things right up. Here, a live version of "Tennessee Plates"
And "Drive South"
and "Real Fine Love," which is on another album, "Stolen Moments"
After reading (and I hope listening to all that Hiatt), it probably won't surprise you when I tell you that I have a lot of John Hiatt in my iTunes and on my iPod. A lot.
