View from the back of Asia about two hours ago. I was texting with Katherine while trotting along on Asia and wanted to share with her what I was seeing. My riding partners were aghast. I can text and trot at the same time. I'm good at both of them! We had a great ride along the river. The heat index now is 106, which is 4 degrees above the official Hotter than Hades mark, but in the woods it's a cool 96. Lovely two hour ride and then a icy beer, sandwich and watermelon back at the trailer while the horses enjoyed hay and cool water and a lovely roll when we got back to the barn. I'm about to enjoy a nap.
